    Your Most Powerful Resource Is Your Thoughts

    Your thoughts are your most powerful resource and for most people on a conscious level the least used. You have been given the ability to form your life through the thoughts that you think. And if you look at your life, you will find your life to be a reflection of your thoughts and therefore proving this to be true.

    There are many thoughts that we can have.
    "We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives, not looking for flaws, but for potential." -Ellen Goodman

    Walk one mile a day in 2008 and you will have walk 365 miles by the end of the year.

    Looking around to see if anyone was around, he took a huge rock and without hesitation smashed it into his rival's skull. Then he quickly picked up a limb with a sharp point and dug into the soil near the lifeless body. Within a few minutes the whole was big enough to roll his victim in and cover him with the soft dirt.

    Running from the grave he felt himself shaking all over with rage.
    Many discussions are held regarding the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious minds and also about unconscious thoughts. We have heard about the superconscious in different contexts. But how does the superconscious relate to our thoughts and to creating what we desire to have in our lives?

    Our conscious mind is the part of us that makes decisions and expresses what is to be impressed on the subconscious mind.

    Are You On Track for Your 2008 Goals?

    It is very close to the end of January. How many of your goals have you stopped working on? I spoke with someone today who had dropped the ball on one of his goals. When I asked him why? He said, "I have just not gotten around to it." His next comment was revealing. He decided the goal "was not important anyway."

    This conversation started me thinking about how we set ourselves up for failure.
    This is the third part of a six part course which outlines a proven method for creating health, wealth and happiness.

    OK then, next up is step three. In a nutshell this is to devise a time related plan to achieve your main aim. Sounds too simple to actually work, right!?

    Well let me remind you here that a plan is what brings ideas from the mind into reality.

    The Effects of Limiting Beliefs

    We all have beliefs and some of them serve us very well, but there are other beliefs that we have that limit us in our lives. Sometimes they are recognized as actually a belief, but many times these limiting beliefs come masked as a fear or disabling emotion.

    They can be very evident on the surface or they can be reflected in unconscious thoughts and actions.

    Just recently I ran in to an old highschool friend of mine and as you could imagine, after a long chitter chatter he asked:

    "So what do you do for a living?"

    I said: "I am an internet marketer."

    He says: "wow... must be nice."

    I responded: "yeah it has been good so far. I love what I do."

    He then answered saying: "yeah lucky you.
    Arnold Schwarzenegger started life in a tiny village of Graz in Austria. It was his father who first encouraged him to participate in some kind of sport.

    However it wasn't until the age of 15 that he first began lifting weights. But even at that early age he was decisive and positive declaring:

    "I want to be the best built man in the world.

    The Essence of Gratitude and Appreciation

    Expressing gratitude and appreciation for what is in your life is one of the quickest ways to bring into your life more things and experiences to be grateful for and to appreciate. Feelings of appreciation and gratitude are just as powerful as the feeling and emotion of love.

    Make each day a day to express thankfulness, appreciation, and gratefulness for what is in your lives.
